Instead of cancelling the holiday, losing the cancellation fee and then people like you paying full price for the holiday from the Tour Operator, you can now purchase them direct from the original customer. The seller can offer a really good discount on the booking in the hope they can get more back by transferring the booking cheaply instead of cancelling.

The closer it is to the departure date the higher the cancellation fees would be, as a result discounts are highest closer to departure. Where possible we will complete the name change on your behalf to ensure the smoothest possible transfer. We also ensure all buyer payments are held in a trust account until the bookings have been confirmed as transferred.
