Package Holiday Salvage Process
1. If you can no longer travel on your holiday, check your options and fees to transfer (sell your holiday) or cancel using our Fee Checker form. It will show the cost of each option allowing you to calculate which would be most cost effective for you.
2. Inform your booking agent/supplier that you intend to transfer and confirm the cost payable to change the passenger names.
3. If you have not already done so, Register with Travel Salvage and then you can upload your booking details, calculate the best starting price and advertise your holiday for sale.
4. Where a registered buyer has successfullly bid on an auction, they will make their payment to us within 48hours of the auction closing and provide us with the new passenger names.
5. We will complete the transfer of names with the holiday supplier ensuring the booking ownership is then transferred to the buyer.
6. The suplier will issue an updated booking confirmation directly to the buyer.
